Product Availability
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out. The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

Payment must be carried out within 4 working days following that of conclusion of the purchase.

Allstock3000 undertakes to comply with current legislation on distance selling. All prices are to the public and, therefore, include VAT. For purchases with VAT number, invoicing with separate VAT is possible.

Shipment is made within 3 working days, from Monday to Friday via courier (unless otherwise indicated in the listing). The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the times and in the manner foreseen by the courier (we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier)

The tracking code will be automatically inserted on the site starting from the day after shipment. If your package is in stock we will automatically release it within the following 24/48 hours for redelivery, it will not be possible to change the shipping address.

When you receive the product please test it immediately and inform us if everything is OK and if so we ask you to leave Positive Feedback.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility of withdrawing from the contract/order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that they follow.

The right of withdrawal expires:

- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents)
- Even partial use of the goods and any consumables
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts...)
- Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number and those who purchase personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) working days from receipt of the ordered products, the customer must send a letter to the address indicated below registered mail with return receipt or send a certified e-mail. Communication can be sent, within the same deadline, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by letter registered mail with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The Communication must contain:

- The expression of willingness to take advantage of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999
- The indication of the product(s) for which you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal
- The data for the crediting of the corresponding price paid.

To obtain a refund of the cost of the goods, the customer will have to send them back to their own expenses for the items purchased at the address: Allstock c/o Wellcome, Corso Europa nr.291, 80010 Villaricca (NA), the refund will take place within 72 hours of receipt of the goods after opening and inspecting them.
